What is your returns policy?
If an item has a genuine manufacturing issue, we will happily offer a replacement or refund if deemed faulty. Keeping in line with Australian Consumer Law, if for any reason you change your mind on an item you have purchased with us, please initiate return shipping in original condition within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange or Store Credit equal to the purchase amount.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We post with Sendle to over 200 countries worldwide. Please contact us for a quote if other shipping is preferred.
How long will my order take to ship?
As a small business, we do our best to dispatch orders daily. For in-stock items, orders are packed and dispatched each business day. For made to order items that have run out of stock, these are manufactured on a weekly basis so please allow 1 - 3 weeks for your order to be manufactured, packed and shipped.
